Aspen Inverted Live Cell Microscope
The Aspen is the microscope to turn to whenever you are working with samples in a liquid medium. The long working distance objectives are designed to image through the plastic walls of Petri dishes or tissue culture flasks without sacrificing resolution or brightness. The condenser easily swings out of the way to allow easy access to the stage or if you have oversized culture flasks that you need to image. A sharp phase contrast mode makes live cells easily visible when checking confluence and health of your sample. Have a fluorescent label? Switch to fluorescence mode to check for expression or your marker. An available camera port makes it easy to document what you see.
